Possible changes to By-Laws!!!

12.0 CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP

 

A Person ceases to be a Member of the club, if the person;

 

a) Dies;

b) Resigns that membership;

c) Is expelled from the Club due to behaviour unbecoming of a member; Including but not limited to violent conduct;

d) Fails to pay their annual Member Fee within the period of 28 days from the date appointed.

 

Amendment - 12.0.d to be removed.

17.0 THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT

17.1 A Management Committee of eight (8) Members shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and shall comprise of;

a) President

b) Vice President

c) Secretary

d) Treasurer

e) Competition Secretary

f) Registrar

g) Two (2) Committee Members

 

Amendment - 17.1 A Management Committee of eight (8) Members shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and shall comprise of six (6) Executive & two (2) General Committee Members.

17.2 The Executive Committee shall have power to co-opt up to four (4) financial members of the Club for Club Duties, if required. Such co-opted Members do not have to attend Executive Committee Meetings, unless required to do so and act as requested by the Executive Committee.

23.1 A General Meeting will be held every two (2) months, or at the discretion of the Executive Committee.

23.2 A Quorum shall consist of eight (8) Financial Members, of which at least five (5) must be Executive Committee Members.

25.0 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

25.1 Will be held in November, for which at least fourteen (14) days’ notice will be given in the Local Paper, Social Media Sites and Website.

 

Amendment - 25.1 Will be held within the football and financial year as stated in point 7.1 for which a minimum of 14 days’ notice will be given to Financial Members.
