Hunter Fields are currently CLOSED.
We have been notified by Council that there were some teams still training on the fields when they were closed. This could have had major repercussions for the club, as Council has the right to deny any club the privilege of using their fields if they aren't being used as instructed. That was our warning from PCC. DO NOT use the fields for training if they are closed.
Training Rules :
- Please ensure you stay out of the goal mouths. Teams seen using the goal mouths for training will face disciplinary action.
- Any teams seen training on any part of Hunter Fields, when they are deemed to be closed, will wear the fines imposed by Council and lose training privileges.
- Glass Bottles are prohibited at Hunter Fields (please see note below).
- Please place all your rubbish in the bins provided after training and on game days, don't leave it to others to clean up after you.
- Juniors Training to be finished by 7:30pm.
- Seniors Training is not to commence until 7:30pm if there are already Junior Teams training on that field.
- All players must wear boots and shin pads whilst training.
- Only registered coaches and managers are to train players.
Breaches of the above rules may result in suspension (for individuals and/or teams) from ground privileges and/or other disciplinary action, as seen fit by the Committee.
Registration For 2012 Winter
Registrations for the NDSFA 2012 Winter Competition will be held at Emu Sports Club, Leonay. All registrations must be done in 2 steps : Online component, and In-Person component. The Online component MUST BE COMPLETED before attending the In-Person component, which are on the following dates :-
Thu 2nd Feb - 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Sat 4th Feb - 10:30am to 1:00pm
- Wed 8th Feb - 6:30pm to 8:30pm
- Thu 9th Feb - 6:30pm to 8:30pm
- Sat 11th Feb - 10:30am to 1:00pm

Grading / Trials
Grading / Trials will commence the week starting the 13th of February at Hunter Fields. Days (and times) are as follows :-
- Under 10's - Monday 13th and Wednesday the 15th from 6pm to 7pm (all players must attend to be placed into teams)
- Under 11's & 12's - Tuesday 14th from 5:30pm to 7pm (players only trialling for our Division 1 team)
- Under 16's - Tuesday 14th from 7:15pm to 8:30pm (it will be decided on that night if further trials are required)
- All Girls teams - Thursday 16th from 6pm to 7:30pm (it will be decided on that night if further trials are required)
- All grading / trials are for Division 1 teams. If you don't want to play in a Division 1 team, then you do not need to trial. The only exception to this is the Under 10's, where all players must attend, so teams can be organised.

Grassroots Coaching Clinic
There will be a clinic for Grassroots Coaches held on Thursday the 22nd of March from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Please contact Tamara James on 0488 549 979 for more information or to register your interest.
Notices
- Check the websites (here & NDSFA) to find answers to your question before calling a Committee Member, and DO NOT call before 7:30am or after 9:00pm.
- Match Fees are to be paid, regardless of whether you have a referee or not. These fees go towards paying for the presentations and the running of the club (electricity, ground fees & maintenance, etc).
Sports Rage
EPFC supports the NDSRA's Zero Tolerance Policy on Sports Rage. For more information, please see a Committee Member. Remember, "Be a Sport - Just Support".
Message From NDSFA re Glass Bottles & Alcohol Consumption
- There are no glass bottles allowed on any field in the Nepean District. All councils have a ban on glass bottles at playing fields.
- There is to be no consumption of alcohol, at all, at grounds that have a total ban. If approached by a club official to pack up the esky, please do so without backchat. Officials are all volunteers who give up their time freely to serve your community and make it a better place. They don’t deserve smart mouthed drunks giving them a hard time.
- At all other fields, there is a 10m rule. No consumption of alcohol within 10m of a playing field. Some clubs have designated areas. If members are directed to a designated area, they should oblige the request made of them without fuss or argument.
